TRAINEE A ŠTUDENTSKÉ POZÍCIE (Trainee & Student)

Trainee: Usually post-graduates, that take part in a special program within a company (generally between 1 - 3 years), to gain experience in different departments / areas and with the aim to being developed as a talent with future potential.

Intern: An intern is on a job training for white collar and professional careers. Can be on a regular part time basis, as well as on a full-time basis for a limited time, e.g. during school / university holidays, or even for a longer period, 6 - 12 months. This often applies for mandatory internships being part of a university study.

Apprentice: An apprentice is a person completing an on-the-job training to become a practitioner of a trade or profession; often accompanied with study. Can be white and blue collar. This usually takes about 3 years.
