Wittur is looking for a SR Supply Chain Analyst to join & reinforce.

Basic Information

  • Division: AMERICAS
  • Function: Logistics - White Collars
  • Manager's Position: Logistic Manager

Job Purpose

Optimize the supply chain, ensuring that the company has the ability to deliver products and services efficiently, cost-effectively and in a manner that meets customer needs. This involves analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and working collaboratively with different areas of the company and with external partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive purchase requests by email, ERP or Kanban card.
  • Execute the purchasing process based on demand and inventory analyses of national/imported raw materials.
  • Analyze the suppliers' raw material purchase order portfolio X the purchase order portfolio of the Wittur system, ensuring compliance with deliveries in the agreed quantities and deadlines.
  • Maintain the suppliers' purchase order portfolio according to the PPCP demand needs.
  • Monitor the flow/performance of supplier deliveries.
  • Support the Purchasing Area with the development of suppliers and raw materials.
  • Analyze KPI (key indicators) reports such as (Stock Levels; Accuracy and coverage of items, etc.).
  • Play the role of intermediary between the internal requester and supplier, monitoring the entry of purchase orders.
  • Assist the PPC in managing Kanban and planning materials for production scheduling.
  • Develop production and delivery scheduling methods with suppliers.
  • Lead the team in inventory counting and productivity increase projects in the Logistics Area.
  • Create, analyze and present strategic plans to reduce inventory volumes between Wittur and its suppliers.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Education Background:
    • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or Related Areas
  • Working Experience:
    • Production Planning and Control in Industry
    • Negotiation with Suppliers
    • Extraction and handling of data from ERP systems
    • Mastery of MRP tools
  • Language: 
    • Fluent Portuguese
    • Intermediate English
